offers a wide range of comprehensive telephone and on-site technical
support, tailored to meet your specific needs.
Telephone support is
provided FREE to all clients for 90 days after the conclusion of any
project.
Standard
Helpline*. Telephone technical support can be purchased on a
monthly basis for $150, or Quarterly for $400. Clients are
allowed up to 10 support calls per month. A support person will
respond within 1/2 hour (in most cases). The discounted cost for
additional help calls is $20 per call. Support coverage is limited to Microsoft Office applications (unless
otherwise agreed to).
Extended
Helpline*. Includes telephone support with unlimited calls and a
discount off the standard hourly rate for all calls that require on-site
support. The monthly fee is $250 and the quarterly fee is $695.
Under
either help plan, the discounted hourly rate is $75/hour for on-site
assistance.
